Born and raised in country Victoria, I had my fist experience coding at the age of 19 building out frontend code for applications and websites that then grew into all facets of the development process. In those 20 years of experience I have been building and working with teams to build solutions for a large breadth of clients. I have led and built technical teams from the ground up working with stakeholders to deliver large scale projects.

I have completed the Harvard leadership principles course in 2022 and look for other ways to advance my skills in management and leadership.

Over the last 3 years I have worked with and built a team of AI researchers and developers creating solutions for clients using open source solutions including training and fine tuning models for fit for purpose tasks.

Using the headless CMS StoryBlok along side a NestJs application the team and I created an AI chatbot that uses OpenAI alongside RAG and other strategies to answer users questions about anything located on the site. We built this as a platform to offer to clients and have seen a lot of positive growth and conversations about the usefulness of AI
